Introduction

Mission and Vision

The Guardian Angels Foundation’s mission is to care for the experience of those who are dying, as well as the devoted individuals who accompany the dying. Our approach is rooted in the fact that To Die is an action verb that implies Being-Alive.

Our Mission

To watch over. To console. To raise awareness.

Our mission aims to enhance the end of life experience, regardless of a person’s age, culture, economic status, or location, by providing:
  • A presence committed to ensuring that no one dies alone or isolated in loneliness.

  • Concrete support for loved ones, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

  • Training tools to develop skills related to the care and accompaniment of the end of life experience.

  • Expertise in the creative process and an online space for the conservation and transmission of spiritual legacies.

Our actions address society as a whole, seeking to raise awareness among citizens of all ages, as well as institutions and public decision-makers.

Our Vision

Our vision is to restore the legitimacy of death and the act of dying as a healthy and necessary reality at the heart of our personal and collective experience.

We aim to bring the end of life experience out of the shadows and give back to this crucial time of life its creative and instructive purpose.

To legitimize

dying as a natural and universal stage of existence.

To legitimize

that fact and purpose that the role of the dying person may be to teach us how to die.

To legitimize

the end of life as a time of creativity, sharing, and peace.
